1. Registration Confirmation
- Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment of the registration fee.
- Digital badges will be sent to the registered email address a few days prior to the event.
2. Non-Refundable Payment
- Please note that all payments made for registration are non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be allowed under any circumstances.
3. Verification of Non-BDB Membership
- If you are not a BDB (Bharat Diamond Bourse) member, your membership status with other organizations listed will be verified offline. Any discrepancies found during the verification process will be addressed by the management or organizing committee. The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include cancellation of registration without a refund.
4. Use of Personal Information
- By registering for this event, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information for the purposes of registration, event communication, and entry management, in accordance with the event’s privacy policy.
5. Event Changes and Cancellation
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue. In the unlikely event of cancellation, the organizers will not be liable for any costs incurred by participants.
6. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The organizers will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event, including but not limited to loss of personal belongings or travel delays.
8. Photography and Media
- By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded, with the images and videos possibly used for promotional purposes by the event organizers.
9. Force Majeure
- The organizers will not be liable for any failure to perform their obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
